Craft & Manufacturing
Craft producers and small manufacturers sharing tools, orders and market access.
Priority sector.
Structured collaboration.
Craft & Manufacturing is one of the sectors Nayokan clusters organise around. This cluster exists to concentrate skills, tools, mentorship and market access.
- 01
Shared productive infrastructure
Members share access to processing equipment, cold-chain logistics and technical tools that no single small enterprise could sustain alone.
- 02
Joint market access
Structured relationships with buyers, distributors and export partners — negotiated at cluster level, not enterprise-by-enterprise.
- 03
Continuing mentorship
Nayokan mentors work with cluster members long after formal VTI training ends. Learning is not a graduation event.
- 04
Pathway to capital
Cluster members with growth traction are eligible for referral into the Startup Centre commercialization pathway and, subsequently, Venture Capital.
